We had to provide additional financing due to the fact that the earthworks were more expensive and above all, I underestimated the outdoor facilities, a lot of money goes into that. You just go briefly to the hardware store and you're always at least 500 euros down. When I think of my granite curbstones alone, I didn't know how much a meter of stone could cost. Oh yes, and then you still need tools here and there, a lawnmower, etc.

We calculated down to the cent... And suddenly, half a year later, an invoice from the municipality arrived, water and sewage provision totaling 17 TEUR. That was then our additional financing or we ultimately took out 15 TEUR. Our municipality charges new buildings particularly high because it is heavily in debt.... Really great!
