The development plan would allow for a cross gable/bay window/dormer. We had a roofer provide us with a quote today. Additionally, the option with the Velux 3x2 panoramic windows is being calculated. This way, we would also have standing height at the exterior wall, a nice bright bathroom, and avoid the building permit process, etc. The Velux windows then start at the toilet and extend over the bathtub. Small plus - starry sky viewing from the bathtub is possible.
