Just a quick update
The district office wants the existing building marked in color on the construction plans. So, just a tedious task. It goes without saying that the same person who processed the demolition application drives past the property at least twice a day.
Offers for retaining wall, base slab, and earthworks are also available. Or are there price differences? Everything is supposed to be poured in August.
Preparations are also underway so that as soon as the building permit is available, the order for the solid wood walls can be triggered. Delivery time is 8-10 weeks. I will finish drawing the electrical plan this evening. My husband and I still have a few question marks.
The sample selection took place as well. Not quite like at Nordlys but still very well prepared. We made it very clear that the budget will not be increased and if we spend more somewhere, it must be saved in another area.
At no point did we feel like money was being ripped out of our pockets. So, the bathroom studio was cancelled and we chose Kreos ceramics. Simple Busch Jäger switches etc.
The heating turned out to be quite a shake-up for us. Instead of decentralized central, it is an experimental system. Our preferred company is not allowed to install it. To increase efficiency, a small water storage tank for up to 3 water-driven radiators that heat in the exhaust rooms is installed in the air-water heat pump. Sounds logical, only we didn’t want any more radiators.
