Have you ever drawn in the desired furnishings to scale?

Where should the au pair girl sleep? You do need your study, don't you?

Should the children really go through your dressing room to get to the family bathroom? Or did I overlook the children's bathroom?

Your total budget will not be enough

- Yes, furnishings to scale are available. Just not in the last draft shown here. - No, the children's bathroom is planned for the ground floor (shower/WC). WC for nighttime right near the children's rooms. - Home office is very flexible for me/us --> during the au pair period in the living area completely okay - Thanks for the budget note. There is still some leeway here. Exterior work does not have to be included in the 550k EUR. The plot is already owned and is not included here either. Any further thoughts on the floor plan?

Do I understand that correctly? So your children are supposed to go one floor down to shower, etc.?

Honestly... you don't build 215 sqm with a "master area" of 50 sqm and send your children one floor down to the bathroom!?

Otherwise, I'm not good at imagining unfurnished floor plans, so I'll stay out of it.

Read the thread title and thought, wow, now I'm really looking forward to a proper project. Saw the floor plan and was severely disappointed. Nothing fits.
- Entrance area way too large, making the living area etc. ridiculously small in comparison
- 4.10m room width far too narrow for a kitchen island with sink. You need at least 5m -> 3m island + 1m passage on each side. As I said, minimum
- Utility room doesn’t work with 5sqm. 10sqm would be appropriate
- Shower bathroom on the ground floor will be interesting in this space
- Office on the ground floor could also use a few more sqm

No need to start on the upper floor since the ground floor already has so many mistakes that the design is almost dead as it is. The crowning glory is, of course, the single WC for the kids with a bathroom on the ground floor

Sorry for the honest opinion, but whoever was responsible for this messed up.

Should "Multi" be an office and a bedroom for an AuPair? AuPairs or exchange students stay for one year. Where will your PC, file folders, and family printer stay during this time? 10sqm is not exactly inviting... As an AuPair, I wouldn't want to share the shower bathroom with children either. A shower bathroom for children on another floor is also somewhat thoughtless... the parents' area is huge. One might think you don't have children yet. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if the little rascals avoided the small potty and downstairs and stormed your wellness bathroom.

Otherwise, I totally miss the mentioned hillside location here.
The rest is pretty botched. More walls than necessary, it almost feels like a labyrinth.
Ah, the garage is below the level... that's where the slope is. Then those are the suggested steps. Is that what you want? I find it really impractical to bring a lawnmower or groceries through this narrow airlock with a narrow staircase.
I also consider the budget to be too low.
