Floor plan single-family house 140sqm without basement

I would make sure that when entering the main room, that is the kitchen, one does not have to go through the Chillounge or walk around a stove. Every resident takes these routes 1-2 times a day... you get wet from the garage/house path less than 10 times a year. Such things must be weighed. Children's rooms are poorly located, as little sun comes in.

For the connections, it is almost irrelevant whether the bathroom is located on the upper floor left or right (or am I mistaken), because either it is above the technical room or above the bathroom, in both cases all connections should be located there. But I had also not noticed that the children's room was to be located in the north and I wanted it differently, so mirroring would actually be a good alternative.
