Hello,
the floor plan doesn’t really convince me.
It’s also difficult to judge because there are no comprehensive measurements or an orientation.
At first glance, the following points caught my attention:
Ground floor:
Doors of the storage room, bathroom, and cellar stairs open into the hallway – potential risk of accidents when opened inward (children?).
The shower in the bathroom seems very small to me.
The door to the kitchen is rather inconveniently designed – if the furnishing is implemented as planned, you first have to turn toward the living/dining area, then close the door, and only then enter the kitchen. The passage might be too narrow when the door is open. In this constellation, I would even rather omit the door and go through the living/dining area.
Upper floor:
60 cm clearance width in the dressing room is unacceptable – you can’t even get through with a laundry basket; I even doubt you can fully open the closet doors if sliding doors are not planned.
How big is the bed drawn in? The 79 cm passage width here is borderline – if you subtract a headboard and frame on the bed, we quickly run into the same problem as in the dressing room.
The hallway will be very dark if no transom windows are planned in the doors.
“Space” around the toilet seems rather too narrow to me.
Where is the 2 m line? At least at one sink in the bathroom, the standing height may be critical.
The children’s room (top of the plan) with only one window might be borderline in terms of lighting – you should perhaps consider a double casement window here.
Don’t be mad at me, but overall the design has so many difficult points that I would not build it this way.
Get professional help – it’s best if you write a kind of "requirements specification" about what you absolutely want and what you would like to have, and then let yourself be surprised by the ideas of the professionals.
Regards,
Dirk
