Only one bed fits in the children's room, nothing more, and then it is also a passage room to the bathroom ... thanks a lot ... no one will ever rent the apartment who has a child ... so just leave out the children's room ...

My God, you are so resistant to advice. Just do what you think or what your great architect explained to you and then please report whether you have found tenants. Based on experience, we will probably never hear from you again.
