Sorry - harsh and blunt, but well intended:
The full package (Do-Garage, partial basement, balcony) ... doesn’t work for 300 grand....
Therefore: Only budget house all-in with 600 K as a baseline -> Berlin...
(I dare to compare from the Hamburg suburbs to our completed construction)
And: easily + 50 K for outdoor facilities - and those melt away too...
And if the property is not supposed to be the typical townhouse, why does the castle in the air look like one visually after the renderings?
