So at the beds and technical stations there must be at least triple sockets. So that you can understand it... table lamp, alarm clock, Alexa, mobile phone, laptop, monitor, TV, CD player, etc. freely combinable. Double sockets are simply not enough or you have an extension cord at each socket.

But you do realize that with rigid ideas you certainly cannot achieve any optimization, right? I mean, if you already want to change the upper floor, why don’t you just include the attic as well? Apart from that: What is the inexperienced standard homeowner supposed to imagine by a parents' living room? Is that the everyday living room, while the normal living room is only used "when guests come"?

The long room is just under 6m long... The attic or studio is partially finished on move-in, there is already a full bathroom, but we haven’t put up a wall yet that will later separate the master bedroom. The office will be upstairs at first, in the future we’ll have to see whether it should stay upstairs (there’s enough space) or move downstairs into the small children’s room (then: guest room). The kids are a boy and a girl and the older one will soon be starting school after moving in, so sharing a room is probably only possible for a short time. The idea of later combining the two small rooms into one large one and using the “excess” of the long room as a closet or dressing room is great, we’ll definitely keep that in mind. We definitely need a guest room somewhere, since the whole family including grandma and grandpa live far away...

But I still haven’t understood the question: "Party wall between K1 and K2 yes or no?", or what else would even be in the "catalog" of options?

That hardly matters at all. See it as a step on the property ladder :)

Thank you, we will definitely take that into account for the technical planning. There are definitely far too few sockets planned in the basic design; you can never have enough of them...

Well, these aren't really our rigid ideas, but rather what we've thought of so far ;) Although we would definitely like to use the upper area as a parents' area, since the roof terrace is located there and we don't want to just let the kids have it without a fight  "Parents' living room" means that there will be a TV, wine cabinet, and other stuff, and we plan to spend our evenings there after work, while the living area downstairs with open kitchen, dining room, sofa, and terrace access is intended to serve as a (chaotic ) family area (without TV etc.). I've attached the (very rough) draft for the furnishing of the living-dining area on the ground floor.
