Here is our floor plan.. Maybe someone still has a few useful tips about it... We would be very happy.. It is a semi-detached house in Bauhaus style...

1st picture: upper floor
2nd picture: ground floor
3rd picture: house view from the back
4th picture: house view from the front
5th picture: house view from the back

best regards, family Böhm

The bedroom is interesting. If one of your children is in the bathroom in the morning, you are locked in the bedroom. Even worse, if they forget to open the 2nd door and have already left the house. Additionally, it resembles a conservatory.

The square meter specifications of the dressing room do not match.

Entrance door opens outward?

Too much circulation space on the upper floor.

Interior doors inconvenient.

There is nothing to say about the rest due to lack of furnishing.

yeah, into the round folder. Nothing works at all there. Sorry for my directness, but no tips will help anymore. It would go beyond the scope of the forum. A complete replanning is necessary

:cool:Why have a dining room if the kitchen is missing? Oh, I forgot, there are PizzaTaxis. The thing with the bathroom upstairs is really cool. As a child, I would always lock it. At least I could chuckle a bit.

Again.... Why completely redesign??? It should not be a run-of-the-mill house... Here again the floor plan with furniture... you see, we even have a kitchen... You can also go from the dressing room to the bedroom...

Hello Francis,

I have to agree with the others, the floor plan will not work as planned. As a rough sketch for your wishes, it is okay for now, but when you look at the floor plan in detail, it raises many many problems and errors, or some important necessities are not considered in your floor plan. And especially since it is not supposed to be a standard 08/15 house, a good architect is important. Because many points are moving close to the limit, many aspects of statics and building physics significantly influence the design.
For example:
- the upper left corner in the living room on the ground floor, the ceiling is not supported on a wall for about 5m. You will need a strong main beam here to keep deflections within limits. Since the upper floor overhangs, this is also difficult.
- you have almost no space for closets and a study that does not deserve the name.
- the door to the dressing room is in the masonry
- the bathroom on the upper floor has no window
- the children's rooms are probably very dark
- the stairs do not match each other
- and so on and so forth....

Regards Bratac
