Hello everyone!
Attached is a draft for our bungalow with a basement. Now I would like to ask you to give me feedback and suggestions for improvement on our planned floor plans.

Our building is on a hillside plot; the southern basement wall including 3 meters of the west and east walls, and the basement should partly serve as a residential basement.

The children's room should actually be a guest room. In the residential basement is the children's bedroom so that he might eventually have his own space; therefore, a residential kitchen is also planned downstairs.

Site plan? Checklist from forum header?

Stairs with 3 m length are a killer.

Can you please mark how the terrain runs? According to your explanation, the drawing doesn’t work and vice versa. Which basement areas are open, which are underground? Where is the terrace supposed to be? Is the garage basemented? Where is the access road? Please post the site plan.

Where is the table supposed to go? Your living room is smaller than your indicated square meters... you miscounted in the boxes.

Otherwise: the kitchen has no perceived connection to the living room, rather to the stairs. Where is the cloakroom? In the basement? Then various information regarding room usage is still missing. There is no adequate space for a wardrobe in the bedroom. It all reminds me of a rental apartment. How does the toilet work? Should your child later share the utility room with you... or in other words: do you want to greet your child doing laundry when they are sitting in front of the TV?

Maybe just mark furniture to identify deficiencies..

With a 1,300 m² plot, I cannot imagine that the garage can only be placed in the southwest. There is no worse location. As ypg already said, somehow the drawing, directions, and text do not match.

That's on top of it ...
I also don't see any reason why a passage from the garage to the hallway is being built here. I don't see any comfortable design or any sensible layout of the rooms and possibly the consideration of the slope.
