I am enthusiastic. Not that this is already close to a final version – there is still quite a way to go – but secondly it is a usable basis (as a "painted concept"), and first of all finally handmade on graph paper.
The site plan (and terrain elevation plan!) is really still missing from all of our collective imagination. So there are still uncertainties in it, and I share the suspicion that the garage might be less easily placed in the manner of a pastor’s piece. Judging by the cardinal directions, the granny flat / child will probably not be very happy about the shaded corridor in front of it.
Therefore, despite the fairly mature-looking sketch, I see later developments looking completely different. But an intention is clearly recognizable, and the dimensions are not too far from the goal.
I have already seen all kinds of "more perfect-looking" presentations in color and stereo that were far less usable as a basis for discussion.
