If you were to upload JPEGs instead of the PDFs, probably more people would participate ;)
The room program corresponds to my design. And the more space, the more cost. We are modest anyway :)
So the parents below. And upstairs then possibly later a family with max. 2 children. Currently no child yet, but planned later :)
What do you think of our design?
Does our planning make sense?
Yes, exactly, the ground floor should be as barrier-free as possible, and less space is needed downstairs than upstairs. That’s the dilemma.
That would be a reason for me to consider attaching the garage to the house and building over it upstairs. That could solve the problem. I would recommend a soundproof ceiling anyway because of the children's bouncy castles on the upper floor.
Attached is a sketch of what something like this could look like. So far, however, I haven’t managed to accommodate a guest WC on the ground floor. Guests have to use the bathroom. :D
Ok, upstairs the door opens against the bedroom door. There are still a few cosmetic flaws.
The big question is the money. Who pays what here? :)
