If you were to upload JPEGs instead of the PDFs, probably more people would participate ;)

... and sensibly give the drawings a few more dimensions so that one can estimate the room proportions more quickly without measuring and relating them.

No, I don’t see any room program! But I must also admit that I’m not going to sit down now and do room calculations or possess a crystal ball.

So, you’re probably wondering why these questions about age and number of people (among others) appear in the questionnaire. It’s simply because a family with 3 small children has a different space requirement than a middle-aged couple. A senior couple also has a different need again.
You write about a family, so not your own? Just any family then.

You now understand that we cannot know or assume anything about you. Guessing is pretty pointless and I notice that most people have little desire to constantly ask you for info, even though they want to help.

Therefore, also referring to my #11: I do not consider your planning to be sensible.

That would be a reason for me to consider attaching the garage to the house and building on top of it. That could solve the problem. I would recommend a soundproof ceiling anyway because of children’s bouncy castles on the upper floor.

Attached is a sketch of how something like that could look. So far, however, I haven’t managed to fit a guest WC on the ground floor. Guests have to use the bathroom. :D
Okay, on the upper floor, the door hits the bedroom door. There are still a few cosmetic flaws.

The big question is the money. Who pays what here? :)

Kerstin, the property is 20 meters wide. How is the orientation on your side?

Best regards, Yvonne

Sorry, #17 was not meant for Kerstin, but for you :)
