We have a few similarities in the planning and arrive at a house price (ready to move in) of 456 k€. KfW 40 (according to WEF300 with 2 children 170k funding), 2 full floors, 155 sqm, timber frame construction. Also insulated with cellulose for ecological reasons. Wood fiber as ETICS. The ground floor is also planned so that we could live there later. With us, there is no garage but a carport planned for 20 k€, and the technical room is inside the house.
