I rarely give my two cents on floor plans, but the two rooms as children's rooms in the attic would be a dream for my girls (11/15/15). Small and cozy with sloping ceilings. With their own bathroom, really ideal. You just have to be flexible and creative with the furnishings, then they will become great children's rooms.

Thank you very much for the note. Attached is the plan of the property and the neighboring buildings, including the cardinal direction. The street is on the left edge, and north of the house is the driveway, which is also used by the two houses drawn in gray on the right side of the plan.

Thank you very much for your feedback!

We are currently considering going back to an old version of the plan for the attic, where there is no shower in the attic, but "only" a toilet, which would make the two rooms significantly larger. If we ever need two showers at the same time, someone would just have to go down to the basement.

We did not intend to separate guest room and office, that might have been phrased misleadingly.
Do you think the bay window is too narrow inside to fit the dining table with chairs?
The floor-to-ceiling window in the bathroom and the light wells are still placeholders, they will be corrected in the new plan.
One more question: Bathrooms stacked on top of each other for short pipes makes sense to me, but is this primarily a financial issue, or do long pipes also have practical disadvantages that should be considered?

: Thank you for the floor plans! In "our" attic, the northern dormer is unfortunately only 2.7m wide, unfortunately too narrow to place the bed like you did, but we are reconsidering whether we can arrange it differently and want to plan the children's rooms on the upper floor.
What did YPG mean by storage space for slanted rooms?

We installed Ikea Platsa cabinets on the left and right in the roof slopes - hence probably the hint from

I thought he implemented it that way… my explanation is actually self-explanatory: simply install cabinets where you cannot stand because of too low knee walls. I thought you had them covering the entire slope… Pipes, sewage pipes can clog. Hairballs, cotton pads, sanitary pads, tampons, cotton swabs…. Also, less water is flushed to save water. If the bathrooms are stacked, then the pipes you need to expose are not in the living or dining room, but in the tiled area. Moreover, drainpipes run through the lower floors. You can see this by the boxing-in of the pipes on the walls. And upwards they have to be ventilated through the roof… some do not like the idea that sewage runs a long way in their kitchen. Many others don’t care and don’t perceive any dilemma. However, boxed-in pipes in the living room or kitchen are not nice.

I read something about double CP but I don't see it in the plan.

Is there a slope?

Did I overlook the budget?
