Floor plan of a gable roof house 172 sqm - Please share your opinions

Well, don’t we have 2 streets? I thought planleft (south) is a bigger street and planbottom is the feeder road for the residential area or something like that. TE lives directly on the corner, right? Or is this Michaelis Str. in the south?

Michaelisstraße (new) is located in the south, to the west between Kräßmannstraße (coming from the old residential area in the north) and the property are still the public parking spaces along with green strips, as I see it. The development presumably runs in an E-W direction to the south = "below" the new residential area parallel to Michaelisstraße.

So I was wrong after all. Annoying.

Danwood 169 might also be an option. However, it is a bit larger. Move the entrance to the bottom of the plan and close the corner for a larger technical room. The air space can certainly be redesigned as well for those who don't like it. Additionally, add extra windows in the kitchen.

Apart from the thread, this is once again a nice Danwood floor plan. I don't really know the bigger ones from them. I might browse their homepage again [emoji2]

I do believe, however, that they have drawn the staircase in the ground floor reversed. Browsing at Danwood is always worthwhile for builders. :)
