T-solution on 6 sqm!? No way.
Where do you want to wash and dry laundry? Where is the vacuum cleaner stored?

Good evening,

Did a clown swallow you?

If you want to respond, you should answer questions factually; otherwise, in my opinion, it will get quite lonely for you.

It surprised me myself. According to my construction manager, a technical room on the boundary is not a problem.

Washing and drying is planned in the pantry niche.

She doesn’t have 1.6 m width... do you want to listen to the spin cycle while watching TV or are the doors simply not drawn in? Laundry baskets, vacuum cleaner, iron and board as well as detergent and bleach all stored next to the potatoes on the 2 sqm? Good plan...

I see it differently, because this room must be insulated – more or less, similar to living space; living space may only be built up to the property boundary within narrow limits.

This is how it is handled in NRW; I can hardly imagine that different regulations apply in Bavaria .... well aware that the times can sometimes run differently there ;)
