Well, you draw a bedroom with a dressing room, that would be 2 x 60 cabinets, 100 in between, 2 meters bed length and just as much below. Just under 24 sqm, and as drawn, not even suitable for youths (the opposite of age-appropriate/barrier-free :D), since the bed cannot be used from the side. Your right outer wall is about 11 meters ;) Tip: take a squared sheet or print out graph paper and then draw.

Floor area ratio 0.18 is already extremely ambitious, 2 m right of way as well (that is only enough on foot or with a handcart, with a mid-size car you would need to be able to swing it too). I see two floor plans, which one is from whom? – the ruler-drawn one is the worse one, if only because of 2 children and 1 children’s room. Please provide the specifications of the development plan in more detail or name (without link!) its source or name.

Spontaneously, I would recommend moving away from the double dogma bungalow and corner design, which by the way with a hipped roof means additional costs in the size of a children’s room plus cladding or large-format tiles.

With age-appropriate planning, I would not burden my construction budget in this phase of life. Today at 40, one tends to build again closer to retirement.

The right of way is 3 m, sorry. What would then be the roof recommendation for an angle house?

Fine planning/drawing was the next step ;). I just needed a rough orientation for the layout first. Then I can look more precisely at the sqm / walls. We definitely want to have all rooms on one level together. The attic is more of a “bonus”. For converting it, the height, roof, stairs etc. would have to be different.

Secondly, the Winkelbungalow as such would not be my recommendation, and first of all we need more precise specifications!

Angled bungalow with garage attached and also the position and external dimensions should largely remain as they are. The building permit pre-approval was granted based on this. Our question here actually only refers to the floor plan – that is, how the interior layout can be optimized. We would be very grateful for tips and suggestions.
