We now want to subsequently add a garage to the property. We are envisioning dimensions of 7m x 4m with a shed roof. It has already been clarified with the building authority that no building permit is required as long as we adhere to the dimensions stipulated by the state building code (for boundary construction to the neighbor - 9m length and 2.75m height are permit-free).
We would like to carry out most of the construction ourselves. We are quite handy, so we should be able to manage  Masonry and clinker work will be done by my acquaintance, a bricklayer. What we still need for the project is a construction drawing, and that’s where you come in. I haven’t really found any useful materials online. Does anyone happen to have such a drawing that can be adapted for our project? Maybe also with structural calculation?
What do you think about the foundation - a fully poured base slab or a ring foundation? Opinions are really divided on that. We tend to prefer the ring foundation to reduce the moisture problem.
I am very much looking forward to your answers and advice.
Best regards MacTop
