I wouldn't feel like drawing everything here either. A simple ratio calculation of the house floor areas would probably be sufficient for an approximate value.

That doesn’t work like that.

More precisely: three and a half times not. Slightly changed in width (that’s the half time), significantly changed in depth, then in style (freestanding vs. attached on one side) and also greatly in roof pitch. If the knee wall is also changed, it’s a full four times won’t work.

About 120 - 250 sqm and about between 300 TEUR and 800 TEUR... so just roughly now
