Fundamental feasibility can hardly be assessed without a plot of land.

That’s good. Then you should also know that very few of the builders and former builders here can fulfill your search or request because they are not here to manage databases of floor plans. Google does that, and very well!

Furthermore, it should also be clear to you that some things simply don’t work because much depends on the plot of land.

You expect a forum community to work out your wishes, meaning to google model house floor plans. If you have specific dreams, then you have to make an effort yourself. Exactly: effort. I strongly advocate the thesis that you can only understand something if you deal with it or work it out yourself. This also applies to your own cost calculation. A forum can support.

For example, on the topic of feasibility: if you deal with house construction or existing plots, you can already recognize from common dimensions in development plans for residential areas that the width and length dimensions are limited. In urban areas often approximately 16 meters width with a small building window, in rural areas about 20 meters and somewhat greater potential for construction. Infill plots have even more potential or rather individuality, but are considerably more expensive or must be considered individually.

If you deal with house sizes and their dependence on roofs, you get about 160 sqm from a 10 x 10 square meter area, if it has an L-shape with correspondingly longer wings (side lengths). This becomes very challenging to impossible on common plots.

Without looking at your 2018 posts now, this sentence in your opening thread reveals a lot:

There are average people with a building wish who have to do some calculations, but where a single-family house is feasible, and then there are those who are financially very well-off but whose building time depends on parameters other than financial resources.
You belong to the first group, which is not a negative judgment at all. Your parameters are rather average: 160 sqm for 4 people...
But what’s supposed to be gained by starting with a model floor plan? Model floor plans are doable, fitting for the average, but also modifiable. Only the plot is not. Modifiable.

So make sure you reserve something to be able to plan. Or present the plots in question here.
But first clarify how much money is left for house construction, because in my opinion that is the most decisive point whether building is even possible. And this question comes before the question of a model floor plan.

You completely misunderstand my question – and I didn't expect anything at all. Just asked nicely. But with that, it's all settled again, and I wish you a nice Sunday.

Basically, your wish can be implemented if the plot allows it. Your architect will find a solution.

I wanted to write almost the same thing, just adding budget and development plan as appropriate conditions. :)

If the development plan or the budget do not allow it, it will not be built.
