The building envelope is included in the above drawing. I believe it is 18m from the street.
With the 40° rotation you mentioned, the living room would face more south, but my front door would then shift northward, correct?

I do not see the added benefit of the "bay window" in the living area in option 2, the benefit is recognizable in the hallway area.

Do you have another idea for that? Given the width of the house, living/dining would seem too narrow to me without a bay window..?
