I do not see a space problem on the ground floor! I see just under 65 sqm of living-dining-kitchen area and 20 sqm hallway.

The square meters are just wrongly distributed, which is why the couch and dining table appear cramped... is it really 7 meters to the TV????? That will cause structural difficulties...

Wrong distribution of sqm and room sizes: a widespread phenomenon among laypeople, who do not want to use unnecessary space for unnecessary rooms and auxiliary spaces in their eyes.

Space problem is perhaps the wrong word, yes. Definitely a different layout is necessary and more utility/technical room.

Parent wing to the west side, move the living area to the right according to the plan, passage from the double garage to the pantry. Utility room next to the pantry. Move the wall at the staircase in the living and dining area about 1.63 down... and see what results: possibly space for a nice half-landing staircase and a large wardrobe :)

Upstairs, second utility room - the rest needs to be looked at.

I agree with the mentioned criticisms.

I find it a shame that you, , mark your headline with HELP and 2 exclamation marks and then provide no information about the areas in which you are seeking help and do not express your doubts, which apparently exist. It is also a pity that one can only assume that north is probably at the top of the plans. This always makes such a discussion here quite one-sided ;-). Perhaps someone will still read something about your concerns.

240m2?? Seriously??

Pantry and storage room seem pointless and wasteful. In both rooms, probably only one single cabinet fits on one side of the room.

Airspace next to a children's room is somewhat unpleasant. Solid walls for sound insulation between the children's room and the airspace are needed so that the kids are not disturbed at night by parental visitors.
