Hello for the first time,
we (30 and 33 years old) are currently planning our house and would be interested in your opinions on our design. We have already discarded various versions and this is now a suitable result for us. Of course, we are open to tips and suggestions for improvement!
Thank you!

Quite nice, but without specifying a budget, I won’t discuss this giant place.

I find the arrangement etc. appealing. Honestly, I have a problem with the type of drawing. It is not easy to "read," so some errors might slip past unnoticed ;) However, I see a few things: the first one for me (if it were my house) would definitely have to be changed, namely the staircase. Such a beautiful staircase ends up in an overlooked corner, pushed out by the living area... what is not practical is the access to the garage. There will always be this dirty corner where you don't want to walk on socks, and the other thing is the wall opposite. It is not only impractical for transport, but it's also simply "wrong" to have to walk into a wall. I would definitely place the staircase with the accesses on the long side: a nice 2/4-turn with two landings! That way, you wouldn't have two narrow corridors in the hallway but an open and spacious area. The other thing is the separate toilet from the guest WC. That's silly. o_O I wonder what this bathroom is supposed to be for anyway if the guest room/guest bathroom access is only through the living room. The bathroom upstairs would be too small for 4 people.

...and the toilet on the upper floor would be too narrow for me... the door would have to open outwards so that the toilet/washbasin can be used comfortably.

And... I would rather place the children's rooms facing south and not the master bedroom, which I also find very generous at 30 sqm. Positively... this creates a properly usable corner for a closet.

Regarding the platform staircase, I agree with Yvonne... it's a pity that a proper platform staircase is squeezed into the corner like that. And that also causes the long hallway...

The garage does have some space, but bicycles will have a hard time fitting in there.

And what exactly is supposed to go into the basement?

Basically, I also agree with Katja... the budget would be interesting to know. The profile says construction site: abroad... which one?

The entire template must be customized individually. Normally, one does a test update for something like this, adjusts the template there, and then only performs the live update.

Hello,
so the plan is 450,000 without the land and garden design.
The foreign country is Austria :).

I personally also like a double-landing staircase, but I wouldn’t know how it fits without losing the window in the WC and access to the garage.

The staircase is currently planned on the side with a railing made of glass and wood to give depth to the hallway.

In the basement there will be a storage room, technical room, laundry room including space to hang clothes when the weather outside is bad, a fitness room, originally there was also a sauna but it was then moved to the upper floor.

One consideration is also to omit the recess in the north and instead add a canopy or similar.
