On the ground floor, I have counted around 80 sqm. Over three floors, that is 240 sqm, and at 3000€/sqm for standard living space, we are at 720,000€. The rooms themselves are huge and rather inflated. You can create two chill areas from the living area, the kitchen furniture is spaced too far apart with its dimensions, there are two children's rooms (the second separate one for later), but all four are oversized, and from the utility room you can also make two for two houses. However, the utility rooms including the bathroom are very small. If I were you, I would reconsider whether you really need this.

How large should the atrium be? Draw the correct size into the floor plan.

I assume that the atrium should also be in front of the window of the study, then you will need fixed glazing or a railing above it on the ground floor.

How large is the atrium supposed to be?

I only see it in a section at all.

By the way, something is wrong with the file formats of your drawings, they try to download immediately but are then unreadable.

I have the same problem and thought only my software could no longer handle it.
