I think so. There is no parking space requirement in the development plan, as it dates from 1973. Instead, a distance of 5.5 m from the street must be maintained in front of garages. We could also leave the space unmarked.

Thanks, good hint. I wanted a fixed glazing – the architect said that it would look strange in the elevation. But I will take another look at it.

You can quote and answer the posts one after the other in a single post, otherwise it gets too confusing. There were still some fundamental and crucial questions mentioned, not just by me, that are still open; a kink in the children's room is rather insignificant in comparison.

I cannot see the 1.5 m height difference on any plan.

I cannot imagine any BBP that requires 2 full floors. Rather limited.

Exactly, it is only 5.35.. for whatever reason. But I wouldn't use that as a basis for discussion now. Sure! But for this reason nothing will come from me.
