we are currently intensively planning our future home and are open to your tips and suggestions for improvement regarding the floor plan design.

What do you like especially? Why? Entrance from the front, passage to the garage, large kitchen, upper floor
What do you not like? Why? Ground floor, living area should be more spacious -> possibly different staircase shape/placement? Concern that there is too little space for couch etc.
