Too many questions unanswered. That is probably why the response is so low. Perimeter development yes or no? What kind of neighboring buildings are those? How tall are they? Who owns the "Schopf" (whatever that may be)? Do you want children? How many? etc.
For a building preliminary request, the very first standard floor plan from the internet is certainly enough. Find something that looks somewhat similar to what you are planning. Above all, the roof shape should fit a little bit. The esteemed gentlemen from the office are not interested in trifles like your room layout. What counts there are things like: size of the house, location on the plot, distances maintained, development, fire department, environmental protection, etc. You can always change the layout later.
After a long wait, I have received a response from the building authority.
On the east side, I am allowed to build directly on the boundary.
The width then only has to comply with the minimum distance to the western neighbor.
The Schopf no longer exists.
We are planning to have 2 children.
I would still like to build 1.5 stories, so I can save on the architect.
With the approved roof pitch of 40 degrees, I would need to have a knee wall of at least 1.3 m.
A first rough desired layout is attached below.
We appreciate any criticism/help and any suggestion.
