Flat roof construction with self-supporting railing or similar

...Thank you, that is all clear and not the topic at all...the railings are properly installed and secured extremely safely..., I have seen some live ...here the only question is to what extent, for example, only 1 knee rail (in the industrial version) would be permissible on a private house...or to what extent it is then "child-safe", or as in our current house during the acceptance ...."..they just have to watch out for the children.."
The example I sent as a picture shows a "private roof situation" with glass...that is not an industrial solution, that is what I mean..and that also exists...otherwise it must be done with flashing and pedestal/plate supports and the railing is screwed to the wooden deck...,

On the one hand: plans not yet implemented can also be posted here; on the other hand: what is not yet can still be taken into account, and there is no need to devise a retrofit solution.
