Hello dear forum members,
maybe one of you knows. I am also asking at the [Baumt], but Berlin’s official mills grind coarse flour very slowly.
I am allowed to build a carport up to 30 m² area without a permit. I am allowed to build a shed up to a maximum of 10 m² area without a permit. What if I build a shed directly attached to a carport and in the worst case even let them have a common wall? Will the areas then be added together and thus become a building that requires approval through a procedure? Or does it not matter as long as they are not connected by the same roof?
It would be great if someone of you knew that...
Oh, and does anyone of you know a provider for carport / garden shed plans with ready-made structural calculations? So not a kit, but really only the plans and construction instructions.
Thanks and regards
Tolentino
