Fitness corner in the utility room?

Well, , no room is being talked out of the OP because he is not planning a room. At least that was the case the day before yesterday: no study, no basement, nothing. See the title of this topic

Right, because I'm advising him sincerely. Since we probably share the same view about our sport, I wanted to point out that it gets a bit cramped in the utility room. ;)

this will just turn into a new blueprint draft for the same built-up area again xD

By the way, many people plan some kind of all-round room for hobbies, sports, PC, and other things. Most call it an office ;)

In our case, the room was called the "Mom-Dad Relaxation Room" during planning. Unfortunately, in the end, it fell victim to the budget cuts due to escalating costs. Somehow, I miss my punching bag - which I never even had before. Well - the wish was just the father of the thought.
By the way, we have an office-guest room combination where you can also quietly read. However, it lacks a desk (on the other hand, it certainly doesn't lack shelf meters of files).
But the note about children and sports is also justified. I wouldn't know when I had time for sports in the past 4 years. Until about 8:00 PM, I’m booked up with work and children, and from 8:00 PM onward, booked with household tasks and my beloved wife ;).
