I don't know your storage, but I mentioned sliding doors. That means as open as a barn door is possible, so the outside temperature should on average not be exceeded. If you do without the overhead glazing and possibly install shutters, that is easily possible, especially without insulation.

Simple and cheap.

yes sounds wonderful! I only said that if I’m not training, I would close the shading so that the room doesn’t heat up unnecessarily and you can save the air conditioning. You made fun of that...

Exactly the same. Large mirror wall. A treadmill for cardio, love it! Otherwise, a TV...

I believe that! Mirrors and TV are a must! I've kind of lost track... how big is your workout area? And it was in the basement, right?

I also have a ceiling hook with a TRX band and a resistance cord for swim dryland training. The next purchase will probably be a rowing machine. I am thinking of a Concept 2.

The Concept 2 is quite loud during training, so you can only watch TV with headphones. That’s why we chose the WaterRower. The downside is that you can’t adjust the resistance quite as easily. (You wouldn’t believe how loud it actually is in the gym)
