I would appreciate your views on the first draft from our architect.

Maybe you have some ideas on what could be improved - we really like the plan.

Are you building with a basement?

Quite a lot of jumps - I do like it, but it makes it more expensive. The balcony - do you really think you will use it with such a big garden? I would reconsider that...

I find the bathroom very large, but very modestly furnished - there is a lot of space that is never used. Why even have the balcony?

And generally no storage spaces at all...

Is there a specific reason why the staircase is like this and not exactly the other way around? In the living room, the recess in the middle basically creates a space between the dining room and the living area that you cannot use. In the kitchen, the storage spaces are limited by 3 doors. Upstairs, both children's rooms face north; children usually spend significantly more time in their rooms than adults do in the bedroom. And what's the point of the two balconies if you have a large terrace?

We are building with a basement, protrusions make it expensive but we definitely want them :D My wife and daughter definitely want the balcony whether we will use it .... I hope so. The bathroom will definitely be planned differently, it's only about the floor plan. Attached is a picture of the house that served as a template for us, it will be similar but with a shed roof.

Wouldn't it also make sense to do the roof slope exactly the other way around? With perfect southern orientation, optimal for a possible future photovoltaic system.

Best regards
