Do banks really no longer make a difference when it comes to valuation? However, I suspect that, for example, the fire insurance for the wooden house is likely to be more expensive, right? I would at least expect better sound insulation with stone, without knowing for sure. Due to the higher mass, it should also stay cooler longer in summer, right? Are all these outdated prejudices or reality? With wood, I would expect more dimensional accuracy?! Generally, it's been a war of beliefs for years.

No. Modern houses are all valued the same (I work at a bank).

The odds were 50:50. Unfortunately, you chose wrong. Here, too, there are practically no differences.

Wrong, again wrongly expected.

Depends on the insulation. Mass has slight advantages. Or disadvantages, because when the heat is inside, it is harder for it to get out.

Here is a crisp answer: Yes

thank you very much for your summary. But especially regarding the impact sound of a wooden ceiling compared to a solid ceiling, I would definitely see the advantage with concrete. Maybe we were in the wrong prefabricated houses, but I found that quite clear.

The question is also whether you want to use materials that are very difficult to dispose of, such as Styrofoam, etc. Pure stone constructions are more sustainable and valuable there.
