True! Building plots in the cities and their suburbs are no longer affordable anyway (Aachen, Münster, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Bonn, Siegburg, Dortmund, etc.). Even in the Lower Rhine region, prices up to €350 per square meter are not uncommon.

Unfortunately true. A building plot for maybe 200 €/m² almost always has a catch - or is like winning the lottery. Still, I don't want to complain compared to Munich/Stuttgart/Frankfurt.

For them, residential buildings are rather multi-family houses and apartment blocks.

At Rötzer Ziegel Element Haus, I also found the following amusing floor plan (Classic 133):
If you don't particularly like child 1, this floor plan seems optimal to me

What do you think which business strategy the KfW is pursuing with the interest rate adjustment on Tuesday for the 124 program?

Despite a significant reduction in the reference interest rates since the last adjustment, there is an increase of 7 BP...
