Well, sad but true. But that's not the rule. Normally it's between 1 and 2.5%. But even that, when converted to the interest income or the terms, is already quite substantial. It comes from the time when direct banks grew big and the platforms emerged.

Even if it drifts away from financing: Who actually builds "prefabricated parts made of concrete"? I only know ALFA, but they are not from around here (NRW / GL)

There are not quite as many of them, but they do exist, even in NRW (Niederrhein), if I am not mistaken.

Well, you are allowed to hijack your own thread ALFA was new to me, I can't immediately think of all the handful either, I would probably first think of Dennert.

In the commercial sector, I know Goldbeck Bau. According to their website, they also seem to build residential buildings. In addition, as a prefabricated solid construction builder, I also think of Rötzer Ziegel Element Haus.
