Hello!
Sorry, but the plan won't work like that.
"Normally" (in your individual case please talk to your bank - only they can answer your questions) - "normally" you can also pay the money into the [Bausparvertrag] in one lump sum.
However, the money must then remain there for 3-4 years until you can access the [Bauspardarlehen].
That means 10-11 years in the [Tagesgeldkonto] and then everything into the [Bausparvertrag] would work - but be careful! Then you have to save the entire amount within those 10-11 years, for which you otherwise would have 15 years...
And if you can already gather the amount in 10 years and directly save it with the [Bausparvertrag], then you can pay off the [TA-Darlehen] after 10 years and save a lot of interest...
Or does your [TA-Darlehen] have a fixed term? Then you have to be careful anyway that the bank does not change the allocation requirements and you might only get the [Bausparvertrag] allocated after 16 or 17 years...
I myself also find the [Bausparvertrag] option very good - with the higher costs I buy absolute interest rate security over the entire term of my financing. Makes quite a bit of sense for large financings and long terms.
Whether it was the right decision is a calculation exercise - how high can the interest rates be in 10 or 20 years at most so that the [Bausparvertrag] was worth it??
Let's just talk about it again in 2022 and 2032 - then I can tell you if it *in my case* was worth it :p
In any case, I will sleep better for the next 30 years now!
Regards
