Financing planning: Is house construction possible?

*ahem* :) no absolute statements please. I live 15 minutes away from Hamburg and still "quite affordable" in the house building sector, see #10 above yours.

Since when? We also live in a 70 sqm apartment that costs 550 € warm including a new kitchen (in Brandenburg). However, we have been living in the apartment for 10 years now without any rent increase. The next tenant will pay at least 800 € for the apartment. We know this because the identical apartment above us is becoming available.

No idea. I'm talking about house construction. You also don't pay the big city price for your house construction ;)
