Hello everyone,
we are planning our future house in the Munich suburbs with our architect. The submission plan has already been created and submitted. Now the awarding of the trades is underway. At the same time, I am taking care of the financing.
During the consultation, I was told that this is not a problem at the planned amount (a lot of equity, land available, very secure salaries, etc.). However, for the final conclusion of the financing, we need the building permit and preferably also quotes from the trades (for our own planning security).
Now my question is whether it is common to already award individual trades before the financing is fully complete?
Building permits can sometimes take several months here. That is why I wanted to award the trades now, because otherwise I can only start dealing with the trades in several months, which would delay the construction. No trade will wait several months until a decision is made.
Best regards
