So at the bank we stated 300,000 which covers everything together. From that we still pay the property transfer tax, notary, registration, etc., which costs between 3,500-4,000€. We do not want to include our remaining savings as a contingency. The plot is for private sale and the house through the construction company and other local craft firms.

Were you able to save that and do you have equity? Because of the concerns about the salary

Yes, that is all no problem, but I do find €1300 quite a lot per month, although it is also a considerable amount that we want to borrow. What do you think about the idea of the follow-up [Bausparer]?

1300 or 300k would bring a smile to many faces

So 110% financing. The conditions are quite okay for that now. Now you have 2 components; one with 10 years; another with 15 years. Which one is the [Bausparvertrag] designed for?

So both go through the bank bank; the offer already includes the 50000kfw. The bank then calculates both as a mixed interest rate at 2.56%. Why should it represent a 110% financing?
