What do you then pay as a loan installment for the building society savings plan after the savings period?

The loan installment for the home savings contract is also slightly above €700, I believe.

Special repayments would be possible. With this financing, we would still have about €700-800 to live on (food, clothing, parties :))

and would save an additional €1000 per month.... Special payments from the employer and my additional income from various other things amount to about €2500 per year as well.

Depending on what furniture you need, 20 k€ is already very tight. A kitchen quickly costs >10,000, bathroom furniture is also very expensive and definitely not included in the price, bedroom 3-4 k€, couch, dining table and chairs quickly four-digit, etc. How about lamps and are painting and flooring already included? For the outdoor area, it really depends on the condition of the property and what you plan. If retaining walls have to be built, for example, the running meter of L-stones, 1m high, fully installed costs about 200.-€. So a small retaining wall can quickly cost several thousand euros. Also, the splash guard around the house including the boundary stones, driveway, parking spaces, entrance (with stairs?) costs. With us, a block step (125 cm) costs about 250.-€. Therefore, it’s better to finance a little more (if possible), you will definitely spend the money anyway or take a nice vacation after all the stress, or, if you don’t want that, pay it back as a special repayment.

What about cars? They are still missing from the calculation here...

Bathroom furniture is included in the house price; the site manager always includes that... We are planning 10,000 euros for the kitchen. The rest goes toward the dressing room, bedroom (we don’t need a wardrobe because of the dressing room), living room, and foyer.

I’ll repeat myself again, everything is included, also the flooring and the painting work, as well as 16 ceiling spotlights. The plot is completely level. When the construction site is left, splash protection is included (quote from the site manager: "you never know when the builder wants to do the outdoor area").

I pay €174 per month, although I still have a final payment of €8,500 in 3 years (the car will still be worth more then). I'm considering paying off the loan soon. The €174 have already been deducted from the €700-800 living expenses.
