Strange, most of my clients come with clear plans, data, facts, and figures, and if not, we create them.

No, a lot is conveniently calculated. There are countless gross-net calculators, child benefits are known, just as many costs as childcare. Nice if you have a customer base that has always had such plans in the drawer.

Of course not since always, but since they started dealing with the topic of ownership and financing for it.

That is often quickly established in a personal conversation. Quite the opposite to the forum, where many things are only half mentioned after multiple inquiries.

Nonsense, that ruins the business. At a bank and intermediary, there is no life planning. The current situation is always checked. There is neither the question of whether you want to have children, nor does your financial situation change negatively. The only thing is that the banks require a pension statement if the loan is not repaid by retirement age.

A child is planned within the next 2-3 years. The furniture for it is already available. Currently, according to our household budget plan, we have around 1300€ left with a monthly expense of 1100€. With parental allowance, we end up at half of that. We are not married yet and are both therefore in tax class 1 (She has 1900 net, I have 1700 net). She receives regular salary increases, 13 annual salaries, and bonuses twice a year. For me, a job change would probably increase the income fastest (computer scientist). A change is also planned, but not before the house purchase due to the financing plan and permanent employment. Regarding the 10+10 contract, I probably have to talk to the advisor again – maybe I also misunderstood something here. Thank you again.
