I see black. If you are that serious, then try to save up 50 grand in equity. By then, the other loans should also be paid off and the situation might look different.

Even if the usual suspects here go overboard in tone again, it's overall a size too big for you. Even if you tighten up on costs, it will more likely be a 6xxxxx rather than a 5xxxxx. That's just too much for you. The house would completely take your breath away. We financed quite high ourselves with 470k€, but with more than 3k€ net more.

As an account manager, one has commercial skills. You are now in debt without equity. Want to finance 500k with this low income? No way.

What monthly installment do you have in mind, and keep in mind that an additional €400 monthly ancillary costs will be added on top of the installment.

Later on, the bank will be to blame anyway, which thought that €610k without equity at 2.6% interest and 1.5% repayment over 10 years was a great idea.
