I thought that too, pretty?? That probably depends a lot on the eye of the beholder...
I had never seen a two-room apartment spread over two floors before.

I wrote that this is an example. A comparable new-build condominium can only be obtained from 200000. What do you say to that?

Now it's already starting at 200k€. What is the rent index like in DU? I have a coworker who also thought he would buy an investment property. The end of the story is a bank account garnishment because the place was too expensive and the rent was initially too low, then the tenants stopped coming.

I have little or no knowledge about investment, but I know that I no longer want to live in houses like in the linked example. Maybe back then as a student, but certainly not at an age when I want to enjoy my spoils. Condominiums have the characteristic that you have to pay 300-400 € into reserves every month. ... that would then be affordable from the rent, the financing you have to take up 100%. Do you know today how you want or even have to live tomorrow? Illness? Daughter goes her way, which you might want to accompany because of grandchildren? Who knows that? I would distance myself from the idea.

I was actually more concerned with "end-terrace house" – I have never seen a single house, attached on one side to a row of houses, described that way. Just realtor humor

Thank you for your assessment. Then we will probably bury this idea for now. Thank you for your critical words. Best regards Jessica
