Finance a house - rent out existing house

I also did not want to live in a classic half-timbered house.
The creaking noises from ceilings/floors and stairs bother me there.
However, we ourselves are currently building a timber-framed house - although the original plan also involved a solidly built house...

And above all, we would look for a house in the village, the city is unaffordable for us or you get something that's half falling apart, but the city isn't really our thing anyway, so it's all good :D.

And we also want a solid house, I can't quite get along with wood and as far as I have seen, it is also very rare in our area :)
