I already saw it last night. There, unlike here, you would even be allowed to refer to the crosspost with a link - but probably only those who already recognize it themselves would notice anyway. In terms of content, I agree with here (and otherwise I repeat my ceterum censeo, you should, at the risk of having your wild ideas talked out of you, let professionals handle it).

What about the drainage actually? Not much is supposed to be changed below.

I still find it monstrous. It destroys the apartment on the ground floor and upstairs it's a bad compromise.

You don't always have to, under any circumstances!
This is really one of those cases where I can't find anything good, even with a lot of understanding.

As I said, I would wait to see what time brings before spending money on something like this.

The totally built-up result will never be sold well again.

In advance: I still find the idea... strange/unfortunate (to put it mildly).

Nevertheless: Overall, draw it in with realistic dimensions... Both showers appear very narrow to me, in the passageway in the dressing room: you hit your shoulders on the closet and corner every time, in a child's room I would move the door so that another closet can fit behind it. The hallway... oh dear, long narrow corridor, would you really like coming home there?
Where is the door to the pantry supposed to be? I know that a small storage room is very valuable in an apartment, but this is so heavily built-in that I would consider adding the pantry to the dressing room and extending the kitchen unit along the wall with nice large cupboards where you could also store a few crates of drinks or a vacuum cleaner and mop.

The door to the pantry probably comes through a kitchen cabinet. As a kind of hidden pantry.

Where I live, such additions, expansions, etc. are now standard and more common than building new. No one here can afford new construction without an inheritance anymore. As I said, I know many such additions and I actually only want an opinion on the floor plan and not the situation.
