Off the cuff, Telekom has no idea how lucky they are that after a long legal dispute they will soon be allowed to build you a new house. Call them and be persistent.

My gut feeling: Telekom will play completely deaf and refer to the subcontractor. And in case of doubt, they will get away with it easily. After all, that's what subcontractors are for. So, don’t let any further damage or costs arise in the first place. But do insist that they restore the previous digging. Otherwise, go full throttle with Telekom’s liability declaration, structural engineering report, and supervision/accompaniment of the work by an expert.

What a variety of things there are. Digging up is all well and good, but how do they intend to reinstall the excavated material that trickles out from behind your frost apron? All of that was properly compacted from above, etc., for a good reason. Hollow spaces will definitely form there, where water collects; you really don't need an underground lake under the house.

So, the finale. After I stopped everything, I measured again precisely. I was able to stop the guys just in time. The hole was about 1m towards the house, but the hole started 90cm in front of the house. So they were only 10cm under the house and in the frost skirt. When the site manager came today, he just threw his hands up in disbelief at what his people had done. I had forbidden them to continue digging after the earth rocket and also not to shoot the earth rocket to the other end of the house to then retrieve it behind the house. So the only options left were to reverse or cut it off. They tried for 20 minutes in reverse gear of the earth rocket to retrieve it. Also, a tied-up transporter could not pull the rocket out. ops: Now it has been cut off and remains under my floor slab. Thank you very much for your lively participation.

Take pictures diligently for documentation. In case you notice any damages afterwards.
