Take a look at your exposé/sales documents to see if the canals are already covered by the purchase price.

Interestingly, there is nothing mentioned about this, but both the marketer and the canal company informed me that we would not have to contribute to these costs. Of course, the canal connection from the public canal to the house must still be laid at our own expense.

When it comes to the water connection or its construction cost subsidy, the property boundary often comes into play.

It will become interesting whether they will try to allocate the running meters on the public neighborhood square adjacent to our property to someone.
