That's how it is And if you do the math: clothes, shopping, vacation... a little bit just disappears.

Hello everyone,

Thank you very much for your feedback.

The conditions of 1.8% nominal interest rate fixation are correct.
It is the HVB.
We also have a salary account there.

Other banks were around your estimated 2.15 to 2.25%.

Equity can always be more, but part of it is tied up in a still valuable Youngtimer :)

Best regards
Christian

I had a quote given to me by [HVB]. Many things were very restrictive, for example, an interest rate change was not possible. Interest rate is not everything after all.

Hello Zaba,

Correct.
I do not see an upward adjustment as relevant due to the special repayment conditions.

A possibility to reduce the rate would be nice. This is only possible after 10 years when the commitment to the KfW portion expires and it can be specially repaid.
Then we are talking about a rate of around 1250€.

Do you see any further restrictions with the HVB?

Regards
Christian
