What on earth is a bank plan set? Yes, I'll google the term right away, but I've never heard of it before.

Question again: What costs how much in the 222TEUR? I don't believe these costs within a 50km radius around the Cologne Cathedral, or where is that supposed to be?

220,000 for a 140sqm house, plot, and garden? And even all additional purchase costs included? In which country is that? Or a different currency?

It actually works – even in Germany! :) The same house costs depending on the location even a little less... or just 100,000€ < more.

By the way, I am still waiting for the answer to my question, "where" you want to build. NRW is large and the construction prices to be applied vary to the same extent.

What does your question have to do with the topic? Am I asking in any way about the building location, construction costs, equipment, description, or looking for an evaluation of the overall costs? No. The question is not without reason posted in the subforum "Feedback on Financing" and specifically targets the financial situation and possible risk assessment. Therefore, your questions are not relevant because they do not belong to the topic. Accordingly, I do not need to answer them to start an off-topic discussion.
